Terms of Service

Last updated: 14 August 2026

These terms are a contract between you and Linkintel Inc. (“Linkintel”, “we”, “us”), the company that operates ClipMyApp at clipmyapp.com (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them. If you are using ClipMyApp for a company, you confirm you have authority to accept these terms on its behalf.

1. What ClipMyApp does

ClipMyApp creates short-form social content — videos, memes, and image carousels — about your product, using material you provide: your website address, written answers, screen recordings, and other uploads. You review the generated posts, and the ones you approve can be scheduled and published to social media accounts you connect, such as TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.

2. Your account

You need an account to use the Service. Keep your login details private: activity under your account is your responsibility. You must be at least 18 years old. Give us accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Plans, trials, and billing

  • Paid plans are billed as subscriptions through Stripe, our payment processor. We never see or store your full card details.
  • If you start a card-backed trial, we charge nothing at the start of the trial and the plan begins automatically when the trial period ends, unless you cancel first.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal; you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
  • Except where the law requires otherwise, payments are non-refundable once a billing period has started.
  • Prices may change; we will tell you before a change affects you.

4. Credits

Some generation features consume credits included with your plan. Credits refresh each billing cycle, do not roll over, and have no cash value. If a generation fails on our side, the credits it consumed are returned automatically. Purchased top-up credits follow the same rules. When a subscription ends, remaining credits expire with it.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of everything you upload — recordings, images, text, and product information (“Your Content”). You give us the permission we need to operate the Service: to store, process, analyze, and transform Your Content in order to create posts for you, including processing by the third-party AI and infrastructure providers listed in our Privacy Policy.

You promise that:

  • You own Your Content or have the rights needed to use it this way.
  • Your Content does not infringe anyone’s intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
  • Your Content is not unlawful, deceptive, or harmful, and does not contain other people’s personal data you have no right to share.

6. Generated content

Posts the Service generates for you from Your Content are yours to use once your plan permits publishing or download. Two important limits:

  • You are responsible for what you publish. Review each post before approving it. Claims about your own product — numbers, results, guarantees — must be accurate; the Service is designed not to invent figures, but the final check is yours.
  • Licensed footage of real people that appears in generated posts (our “Human UGC” library) may only be used inside content created and published through the Service. You may not extract that footage and reuse it elsewhere.

7. Publishing to social platforms

When you connect a social account, you authorize us to publish the posts you approved, at the times you scheduled, through that platform’s official tools. Each platform has its own rules (for example TikTok’s and YouTube’s terms), and you are responsible for following them. We do not offer engagement automation, follower manipulation, or multi-account posting schemes, and you may not use the Service for them. You can disconnect a social account at any time from settings.

8. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to:

  • break the law, or infringe others’ rights;
  • mislead people, including impersonation or fake endorsements;
  • generate spam or content designed to deceive platforms;
  • probe, overload, or interfere with the Service, or access it by any means other than the interfaces we provide;
  • resell or white-label the Service without our written agreement.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

9. Our property

The Service itself — the software, design, format library, and everything that is not Your Content or your generated posts — belongs to Linkintel and its licensors. These terms give you a personal, non-exclusive right to use it, nothing more.

10. Third-party services

The Service depends on third parties: payment (Stripe), AI models (Google), infrastructure (Cloudflare and others), and the social platforms you connect. Their availability is not fully within our control, and their own terms apply to their parts of the experience.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is”. We work hard to keep it reliable, but we cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, that generated content will suit every purpose, or that any post will reach a particular audience or produce particular results. Social media performance depends on factors outside anyone’s control.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows: we are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits, revenue, or data; and our total liability for all claims in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in that period. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

13. Ending the relationship

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, create risk for us or others, or after extended non-payment. Sections that by their nature should survive (ownership, disclaimers, liability limits) survive termination.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the Service evolves. For material changes we will give you reasonable notice — by email or inside the product — before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated terms.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Delaware, unless the law of your country of residence gives you mandatory protections that apply instead.
